 isnt it annoying when you find out you have got special feelings for someone which you dont want to have those feelings for?

your cognitive reaction is that you now u will be the one left in pain and that you shouldnt walk towards the landmined area, but your behaviour wants you to get closer to her and be with her. Its war of emotion versus logic.

I've liked rufina for say.. 1 year. In that time ive tried to block and delete her, avoid her and even scare her away, but in al that time shes still appearing in and out of my life. Shes like the poultergeist that haunts the child's dreams. What can i do? How to do it?

Ive been hurt before, i dont want to walk into the slaughterhouse again.
