However, it does portray, as much as it is able, the suffering and confusion one feels when in an abusive relationship, or when being abused even by a stranger though, I imagine, it must feel worse when being abused by someone you know and, possibly, love. A photograph can never reveal the emotions an abused person feels and neither can a pen write... but some of us make an attempt for the purpose of trying to imagine how a person may feel in a given set of circumstances because we empathize with you.If this poem demonstrates your life and portrays a fraction of what you feel, don't keep it bottled up inside.
