JUNE 8, 2009
It is my first day of OJT. About 7:30 am, I arrive at DAMARBDEVCO office. I am a little nervous and excited that day. One of the boards of director (BOD) takes an orientation for me. She introduced me some of their personnel’s. She oriented me for the work I have to be done.
JUNE 9, 2009
It is the second day of my OJT. This day, Mrs. Tingson introduced their three units of computer, photo copying machine and laminating machine, available in their cooperative. She taught me how to operate that photo copying machine and laminating machine.

I was absent yesterday because I attend the wedding of my sister. It is Thursday morning; I started cleaning computer units and other machines. Mrs. Tingson told me to replace the ribbons on printers of the two computer unit.

It is Friday, schedule of hiring at MARSMAN ESTATE PLANTATION. There are many costumers for photo copying and lamination and that are one of my work. We are the only firm available for that service nearby. There are also many paper works to be done. I do typing and etc...

It is Saturday work. We only work half day, about five hours. I encoded sales of banana rejects and its hauling. I also encoded the sales on the traded rice and other merchandise. About 5:30 pm, I went home. I have a headache for I have heavy work for this day.

Another Monday morning, I started cleaning the computers, printers and other machines. I’m doing paper works. I do typewriting and producing hard copies for the some of the sales. In the afternoon, the rain is heavy; I accompanied Mrs. Tingson in buying facilities and other merchandise.

I was late this morning. When I arrive at the office, there are many paper works to be done. There are also a lot of costumers for photo copying. I have a heavy work that day. I go to sleep early so that I am not going to be late tomorrow.

I wake up early and I arrive at the office early. For the whole day, I encoded sales of banana rejects and its hauling. I encoded sales of rice and other merchandise. There are few costumers for photo copying and lamination.

It is another Thursday morning. My job is a routine. I do paper works; typing and encoding. I produce hard copies. I am assisting Mrs. Tingson for doing financial statement that day.

It is Friday and schedule of hiring at MEPI. There are many costumers for photo copying and lamination. That day, aside from doing paper works, Mrs. Tingson told me to reformat one of the computers.

It is a second Saturday of my OJT. For about half a day, I encoded sales of the merchandise for the week. I have also encoded sales of banana rejects and its hauling. After that, I have to review all my works before I got home.

I arrive at the office early. It is Monday morning, and a lot of paper work to be done. I produce hard copies of the memorandum for those DAMARBDEVCO members who have loan and credit facilities to the cooperative.

As usual day, I’m doing paper works. I do typewriting, encoding, laminating and producing hard copies. My work is a routine.

This day, I have to do the same tasks. I’m doing paper works, producing hard copies for memorandum for the DAMARBDEVCO officials.

I started the day for cleaning the computers, and the other machines. I have a lot to be typewritten. There are also costumers for photo copying and lamination.

Last Saturday, I was absent because I’m not feeling well; but I have permission from Mrs. Tingson. This day, I have a lot of work to do. I encoded sales of banana rejects and its hauling, sales of the rice and other merchandise. I’m also doing paper works.

It is a different day for me. I was told by thee chairman, Mr. Acma to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to be used in their incoming general assembly. I started doing it.
JULY 1, 2009
It is Wednesday. I continue preparing the PowerPoint presentation for Mr. Acma. I finished the presentation that day but I’m not totally satisfied with my work.

Early in the morning, I presented my presentation to Mr. Acma. He edited some features of my work. He prepared that for their incoming general assembly this July 4, 2009.
JULY 3, 2009
For this day, I was told to prepare a pre-financial statement of the cooperative. At first, Mrs. Tingson taught me how to do this. I tried my best to finish that job and it seems to be right.

Saturday morning and we are not that busy. We almost finished our job for that week. I only reviewed the sales I encoded for that week. There are few costumers for photo copying and lamination.

It is my last day of OJT. I goon miss my job. I have only done few paper works. I encode sales of banana rejects. When I got home, I was happy for at last, I finished the OJT. I am grateful to be in DAMARDEVCO office taking my OJT.
