Breastfeeding leaves me ravenous. Almost every single time after I breastfeed Arfan I will raid the kitchen for something to eat - bread, oatmeal, nestum or cereal. I try to eat healthy stuff but sometimes I can't help giving in to my indulgence - chocolate. Of course all this 'snacking' happens in-between meals.
No wonder I have no luck in achieving a flat tummy. A paunch on a thin frame. Ewwwww. Unsightly.
Sit-ups? Haha. Give me food anytime but please don't ask me to exercise. I'm too plain lazy. It's bad. I know. But this is one area I lack ...
