This video was made in secrecy, a camera smuggled into the slavery garment industry that was approved under the Bush W Administration.
The tiny US island Saipon is exempted from US labour laws and Us immigration laws.
The workers come as indentured servants. They paid high fees to labour contractors to chase the dream of working in the USA. They borrowed money from family to help pay for the fees. Upon arrival, their passports were taken from them by US officials.
Often the workers were not paid the long hours they worked. The workers were kept hidden from the rest of the Americans living on the prettier side of the US island. They were kept in barracks patrolled by curfew guards.
