¤ finding your past in your present... ¤

days are great. you can leisurely watch great shows (johnny depp! johnny depp!) drink clear water and eat abundant food, then have a great nap before you halt off for the serious stuff- school, payments, exams and blah and blah

days could turn for e worse too. but perhaps nothing excruciates a dreary day more than looking behind at randomly-frequent moments, having nightmares you are so shock just to think of and then realised, see the grim worth of things and realise you're drained for another forward leap, you might as well sink.

oh crap, maybe it's only the work, or plath, or some unhappy things i broad over for too long cos i've got nothing better to do, or i'm getting fat and lazy.... happy thoughts!! where are you my happy thoughts???? dementors...

anyway~ i'll take time off for anything in the world just for him, the one and original, Johnny Depp!

1) Johnny's favourite word? "Why?"
2) He says "Depp" means "idiot" in German.
3) He would like God to say "WoW! when he arrives at the Pearly Gates. hahah
4) His mother taught him that if a bully got his hands on him, he should pick a rock and "lay him out"; advice he has continued to use in his career. ouch!
5) He channeled Ronald Regan's blind optimism for his titular role in 'Ed Wood'.
6) He co-starred opposite the late Marlon Brando in 'Don Juan de Marco' and found it hard to keep a straight face during filming because Brando was 'hilarious".
7) One of his 10 tattoos reads "Wino forever", not a reference to alcoholism as James Lipton cheekily suggests, but to his ex-girlfriend Winona Ryder ( the tattoo originally read "Winona Forever").
8) He says no one has told him for sure that puberty for him has ended.
9) He attributes his penchant for wearing odd hats to reading too many Dr Suess books.

Depp has good character, and the most uncanny resemblance to all the roles he took. Good ole combi, Sparrow!

I watched the Village. And I Survived. HAH!
this is the first, and it's such a honouring feat~ i still can't believe my calmness throughout e film.. unlike most horror flicks that are so despairing n out of love, this is always in some semi hopeful tone... and it ends with love surviving all costs~ and M Night Shyamalan is quite humorous... even when everything in the show felt so real, it still has it's light-hearted quality so.. GREAT SHOW~ i don't mind watching the sixth sense now n see cute boy.. heh

Away From The Sun

It's down to this
I've got to make this life make sense
Can anyone tell what I've done
I miss the life
I miss the colors of the world
Can anyone tell where I am

'Cause now again I've found myself
So far down, away from the sun
That shines into the darkest place
I'm so far down, away from the sun again
Away from the sun again

I'm over this
I'm tired of living in the dark
Can anyone see me down here
The feeling's gone
There's nothing left to lift me up
Back into the world I know

'Cause now again I've found myself
So far down, away from the sun
That shines into the darkest place
I'm so far down, away from the sun
That shines to light the way for me
To find my way back into the arms
That care about the ones like me
I'm so far down, away from the sun again

It's down to this
I've got to make this life make sense
And now I can't tell what I've done

And now again I've found myself
So far down, away from the sun
That shines to light the way for me

'Cause now again I've found myself
So far down, away from the sun
That shines into the darkest place
I'm so far down, away from the sun
That shines to light the way for me
To find my way back into the arms
That care about the ones like me
I'm so far down, away from the sun again
