It was a marvellous day,....I couldn't believe that this

happened to me!!!

I was focusing his breath.....his smile....and lovely talk.....

Oh.... what else?

you won't believe... I talked to his heart,

I painted that picture with his beauty....dignity....and pride.

I wouldn't be able to look to his eyes, but i was

stearing,.....don't tell me how?

I drank my pinapple,it was the best I ever had....

you want to hear more??

I will keep telling him:

Be near me..... when the light is low...

Be near me ....when my faith is dry.....

want more????

no..no..no..no don't push me to tell you everything.

I think there is nothing more to be said,

cause he won't hear when I talk....

أنواع البشره

تنقسم البشرة إلى عدة انواع ..

وقبل أن تحاولي التعرف على نوع بشرتكِِ وتحديد طبيعتها لابد أن يغسل الوجه والرقبة تماما لإزالةمستحضرات التجميل..

قفي أمام المرآة في ضوء طبيعي كاف ودققي النظر في كل جزء من بشرتك لتقارني بين طبيعتها وبين الأنواع اللتي ستذكر فيما بعد من أجل المحافظةعليها ..
تصنيف البشره حسب نوعيتها:
البشره الطبيعيه..

تمتاز بالليونه والنعومه والصفاء وتوازن إفراز الدهون

إيجابياتها:

لون صحي معافى ومسامات صغيره وملمس ناعم ومرن ومن النادر أن تصاب بالبقع والرؤوس السوداء

سلبياتها :

تزداد جفافا مع التقدم في السن..
البشره الجافه :

تتميز بالخمول والإنشداد وتظهر عليها الخطوط والتجاعيد في وقت ابكر مما تظهر عليه في انواع البشره الأخرى وذلك يسبب قله الدهون ويبقى الحل الأساسي بشرب كمية كبيرة من الماء يومياً وباستمرار.
الايجابيات :

لن تصاب بالبثور

سلبيات:

تتسم بالخمود وعدم المساواه مع تقدم العمر الخدود والانف عرضه للإحمرار بسبب إتساع الأوعيه الشعريه وضعف الحمايه من قبل الميلانين والدهون .
البشره الدهنيه :

الإفراط في إفراز الدهون يجعل البشره تبدو خامده خشنه ملوثه ودهنيةالملمس وذلك لكون الطبقات الدهنيه تعوق عملية التقشير الطبيعي لخلايا سطح البشره مما يؤدي الى تراكم الخلاياالسطحيه بشكل غير متساوي ويجعلها شديده القابليه للتبقع بالإضافة إلى إلتهاب بالجلد.
الإيجابيات:

تبدو اكثر شبابا لمده طويله

السلبيات :

إتساع المسامات وإنسدادها وإنتشار الرؤوس السوداء والبقع والبثور
البشره المختلطه :

تتصف بلمعان دهني على الجبين والأنف والذقن

الإيجابيات :

تجمع ما بين الجيد والسئ لكن الرعايه الصحيحه تجعلها تقاوم علامات الشيخوخه بشكل جيد

عرضه للتبقع واتساع المسام خصوصا في الجبهه والانف
