健康的肌体必须保持水份的平衡，人在一天中应该饮用7-8杯水。很多人都知道，起床后空腹喝下第一杯水有益健康。但是，你是否审视过，这一杯水到底该怎么喝才正确？白开水、淡盐水、蜂蜜水、柠檬水、果汁、牛奶……这些选项都对吗？
饮好水
尽量避免常饮蒸馏水（一般蒸馏水的水性太酸，容易伤害身体，对肾脏较弱的人士则更为不利），可选择优质的矿泉水。如可以的话，饮用碱性水对人体最有利；否则，在家用滤水器过滤后煮熟再喝亦无不可。
饮暖水
很多人喜欢饮冰水。其实冰水对胃脏功能不利，饮暖开水更为有益，因为这有助于身体吸收。
白开水√
新鲜的白开水是最佳选择。白开水是天然状态的水经过多层净化处理后，煮沸而来，水中的微生物已经在高温中被杀死，开水中的钙、镁元素对身体健康是很有益的，且含钙、镁等元素的硬水有预防心血管疾病的作用。白开水还能使血液得到迅速稀释，纠正夜间的高渗性脱水。
蜂蜜水√
清晨起来喝一杯蜂蜜水更为科学。人经过一夜睡眠后，体内大部分水份已被排泄和吸收，这时空腹饮一杯蜂蜜水，既可补充水份，又可增加营养，完全可取代白开水的位置。
柠檬水√
每天早上起来，在尚未进食之前，空腹喝下一杯加了新鲜柠檬片的热开水。这杯排毒水不仅是身体最好的酸碱中和剂，还能起到清除宿便、排除毒素的功效。此外，如果有口气不佳的困扰，它也能帮你改善。
什么温度最适宜 ？
温水√
喝与室温相同的开水最佳，天冷时可喝温开水，以尽量减少对胃肠的刺激。煮沸后冷却至20－25℃的白开水，具有特异的生物活性，它比较容易透过细胞膜，并能促进新陈代谢，增强人体的免疫功能。凡是习惯喝温、凉开水的人，体内脱氧酶的活性较高，新陈代谢状态好，肌肉组织中的乳酸积累减少，不易感到疲劳。在头天晚上晾开水时，一定要加盖，因为开水在空气中暴露太久会失去活性。
晨起第一杯水关键词
空腹:清晨喝水必须是空腹喝，也就是在进餐之前，否则就起不到促进血液循环、冲刷肠胃等效果。
慢饮:要小口小口地吞咽，因为饮水速度过猛对身体非常不利，可能引起血压降低和脑水肿，导致头痛、恶心、呕吐。
300毫升:清晨起床时是新的一天身体补充水份的关键时刻，此时喝300毫升的水最佳。
每天:一个健康的人每天至少要喝7——8杯水(约2.5升)，运动量大或天气炎热时，饮水量就要相应增多。
五大好处
一、补充水份:人体在夜晚睡觉的时候从尿、皮肤、呼吸中消耗了大量的水份，早晨起床后人体会处于一种生理性缺水的状态。一个晚上人体流失的水分约有450毫升，晨起喝水可以补充身体代谢失去的水份。
二、防止便秘:清晨起床后饮水还能刺激胃肠的蠕动，湿润肠道，促进大便的排泄，防治便秘。
三、冲刷肠胃:早上起床后胃肠已经排空，这时喝水可以洗涤清洁肠胃，冲淡胃酸，减轻胃的刺激，使胃肠保持最佳的状态。
四、清醒大脑:起床后喝的水会很快被肠黏膜吸收进入血液，可有效地增加血溶量，稀释血液，降低血液稠度，促进血液循环，防止心脏血管疾病的发生，还能让人的大脑迅速恢复清醒状态。
五、美容养颜:早上起床后为身体补水，让水份迅速输送至全身，有助于血液循环，还能帮助肌体排出体内毒素，滋润肌肤，让皮肤水灵灵的。
