what a grey day... weather was breezy and rainy... spent most of the time in my bed... cooked some pasta again for next week... trying to gradually clear up my fridge... dinner at la pochetta... very full... then watched 2 epl games... middlesbrough vs bolton was entertaining... then came the greyest part of the day... manchester derby resulted in a draw game... i must admit that man utd did a great job... i just wished we had the bit of luck to score a goal in any of the many chances we created... shame on the ref who denied us 3 penalties... pity ...

went to church as usual... one thing special abt today was that we celebrated the 14th anniversary of the founding of ccbc... cool so i've been in ccbc for more than a yr now... thank you very much for u've really helped me growing spiritually... today's sermon on the book of daniel by rev. alex was so good... frankly i reckoned it was the best so far... tho later learnt from bert during dinner that alex used to give lots of quality sermon... i think he's reallyh too occupied nowadays... gotta pray for him more... gotta read and study the ot again as ...
