How Could Yoga Give Unique Value To Your Life?
In The Sanskrit language Yoga means union. Yoga increases flexibility and strength in the body which results in the development of balance in it. But there are more merits too. Yoga benefits cut down tension in the body, raise joint mobility, reduce back pain by empowering the spine. It develops your posture, boosts glands in the endocrine system and improves digestion, circulation, immune system and much more.
Yoga even has positives to the mental state of the body. Yoga may not only boost your body systems but as well sharpen your concentration, soothes your mind and keeps your mind free from stress. It may also helps grow discipline which could be an excellent help in our routine lives.
I advise you must try one or two Yoga types at least if you're a freshman in this field. It has not been penned in any place to practice only one type of Yoga everyday. Asthanga Yoga is my favorite one however I as well practice Iyenagar Yoga and Hatha Yoga for a bit of variety.
There are four types of Yogas, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga and Jnana Yoga. Almost every Yoga kind teach us how to get moksha or salvation. That means the eternal freedom, freedom from good and evil, freedom from lives and deaths. Hence other meaning of Yoga is complete theistic enlightenment.
