You might have heard the words ‘Like Minds’. A lot of people are of the opinion that it is more rewarding or easier to make friends with people that have the same mind set, goals, beliefs, values est. So, we have the brilliant people making friends with their likes, the holy people with their likes, the unholy equally with their same fold; the list is endless. There is also the belief that the people you associate with speak volume of who you are. We, therefore, tend to be very careful about the company we keep. Others might misconstrue our association with others as indicative of our agreement with what they stand for. There was an aberration to this, however, by someone who was a great and mighty teacher, who had all the outstanding attributes of holiness, divine intelligence, powerful, merciful, rich, est. Rather than flock with his kind, he decided to pitch his tent with the unholy, unintelligent, poor and who have you. This attracted sharp criticisms from the elite. His answer to his critic was interesting. He said that a person that was sick needed a physician. In other words others that do not have our qualities or attributes are those that really need us. That is, the not too intelligent, needs the brilliant, the unholy needs the holy, the poor needs the rich, and so on. So, whenever you think of associating with others, as much as you would love to have like minds, also consider how you can benefit from or be of benefit to people that do not share your views or attributes. I shall be quick to add, however, that care should be taken, because there is no guarantee that you might come out of it unchanged. I would say that birds of different feathers could flock together if they are careful enough.

I think we have to do something really drastic about "BUSY". He seems to be applying his "Y" or "Yoke" upon all my friends. He seems to be depriving us from having lovely times on the net. My employer once said: "Hardwork makes monkey become a man"; but, I say too much hardwork could kill a man, perhaps slowly. I have heard someone say B.U.S.Y, means: Being Under Satan's Yoke. Did I hear you say you are busy?

Some years back I was introduced to one of the friendship sites. As at that time I was reluctant about getting involved with anything like that. It was about two years later that I really started using it.
