When i open my fridge,i saw some cream cheese left....what i suppose to do coz cannot put to long after open it....suddenly i remember i mail my aunt a recipe.....Japanesse cheesecake...!Why not i also have a try of this recipe....

Not too beautiful compare with other people do....but is a nice recipe....and my cousin say very tasty.....put overnight into the fridge will be more delicious.......

When my cousin birthday is coming,my uncle ask me to do a birthday cake to his doughter...i tell him that i never try this recipe...i affraid will destroy her birthday cake,then she'll celebrate her birthday without a cake.....but i still try my best!

This is her birthday cake....Banana chocolate cheesecake....i dunno how to decorate,so just put some almond and sugar flower...

In my dad birthday i also do a same cake,coz they never try before....

Kaya puff is not my favourite, but i learn this recipe specially for someone....suitable for tea time....for this recipe i have to cook my own kaya, if not i'll feel not like my homade kaya puff

do this recipe, you must have patient, becouse you must mix water and oil dough seprately....and wrap the oil dough with water dough...then roll the into rectangle as a swiss roll....after thatroll the dough into cylinder, spoon some kaya filling....then fold up and form into puff shapes....lastly bake

why the kaya will split out?....becouse i want the puff is full of kaya....ha..ha..

see, a very crispy puff.....my grandmom love this puff...
