TrY It OuT By UrSelF……EaSy StEp To Do It !!!!!!!

30 lady fingers(divided)

2 ½ strong warm espresso

2 ouness chopped chocolate (divided)

Unswestend cocoa (dusting)

6 egg yolks

¾ c sugar

1 ¼ lbs mascarpone cheese

2 c heavy cream

1/3 c sugar

1 ½ t dark rum

1.18 lady fingers + espresso, line to the bottom of the 12 x 9 pan

2.sprinkle half of the chopped chocolate + cocoa dusting to the lady fingers ( set aside)

3.combine yolks + ¾ c sugar mix on huigh wiz mixer about 10 mins

4.by hand mix mascarpone until incorporated & relatively lump free( set aside)

5.(mixer /hand) whip cream + 1/3 c sugar + rum,until stiff peaks are formed + (step no 4)

until homogeneous.

6.spread half of the egg / cheese filling on the lady fingers in to the pan

7.continues step no 1 do the secong layer.

8.wrap,refriegerate & chill 4 to 6 hours

9.before serving,sprinkle again with light dusting cocoa.

DONE !! Easy & YuMmY ItALiAn TiRaMiSu !!!!!
