善良的爱就像一盏灯，而“爱”是我们整天涉及的字眼，它可以很小，也可以很大，大到可以去包容整个世界。具体到学校里，爱是师生间情感的交流。付出了必会有收获。有很多老师都会体会到，毕业了的学生心里只惦记着班主任。我想，那是因为班主任对学生付出的更多吧！ 在小学里，作班主任可是个累活，尤其是刚接任一年级的时候，孩子们刚离开快乐的幼儿园或者学前班，来到一个陌生的班级环境，会有很多不适应，有的甚至一哭二闹，不愿呆在教室里，有的会进错教室，一点学校常规也不懂，如果班主任没有耐心和爱心，肯定会弄得一团糟。记得我刚参加工作的时候就接任一年级，当时我看到那些不懂事的孩子，吵闹得头都快爆炸了，尤其是那些调皮，成绩又差的孩子，我经常给他们狠很的训斥，有时甚至罚站，结果真是越弄越糟糕，有时甚至怕走上讲台，正因为这样，受到了领导的冷落，受到同事的鄙视，我心理很难过。 后来我开始从自己身上找原因，开始认真钻研教材，经常去听那些经验丰富的班主任上课，课余时间我阅读了《班主任新视野》和《班主任9项技能训练》。回头再接任一年级的时候，我学会了用爱心去管理班级，现在我的班级班风良好，但始终有一些后进生。有个叫李亚的学生，刚进一年级的时候，只会在作业本上“栽草”，论到他值日就逃跑，上课喜欢搞小动作，和我搭班的数学老师说那已经是个“破罐子”，不用管了。开始我也有些灰心，但我还是没有放弃，利用课余时间把他叫到办公室，和他谈心，起初几天他不开口说话，后来经过我再三的找他谈，，一个星期之后，他终于说话了，他告诉我，爸爸妈妈说他三岁才会说话，以后不会有什么希望，把希望全寄托在他姐姐身上，所以回去从不管他，我听了之后很难过，我说：“老师相信你，只要你努力，一定会成功.”当时我看到他终于露出了甜甜的笑容。后来我还联系他的家长，给他的家长讲了一些道理，让他的家长配合教育。我也和跟我搭班的几位老师商量好，让他们配合教育。在家长和其他几位老师的配合下，李亚同学终于有了进步，在布置作业的时候，我只让他做最基础的，其他同学写3个生字，我只让他写一个，慢慢的，他不再：“栽草”，而且字还写得很好，本学期，数学老师说他还能做算术了呢！我感到很高兴，老师的爱能点亮每个学生心中的那盏灯。正如《木桶的故事》里面的那个挑水工做的一样，做个有心人，就等那只“漏桶”开口，从而达到“润物细无声”的效果。 在今后，我会做严师，做益友，付出我的爱与真心和学生们分享。如果可以选择，我愿作冬日里温暖的灯光，将学生们的心照亮。用我的爱装点童心的翅膀，陪伴他们在天空中尽情的翱翔！
